Get Set Keys collects as little as it can. This page says what it collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Who is responsible
Rohit Swami, an individual based in India, runs Get Set Keys and is responsible for your information. Contact: hello@getsetkeys.com.
This website
The website sets no cookies and uses no tracking pixels. It counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not identify you. Our host, Cloudflare, also processes technical data such as IP addresses, browser details and the pages requested, so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use that data to identify you.
When you reserve a founding place
The reservation form collects your work email and agency name, and, if you choose to give them, your website, the platforms you ask clients for and how many new client projects you take on a month. We also store the country the request came from and a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to stop abuse. This is stored with Cloudflare and used only to contact you about the founding plan.
When you email us
If you write to us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply and, if you reserve a place, run your founding plan.
Payments
Dodo Payments processes payments as our merchant of record. It collects your card and billing details under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email address, plan and payment status, never your full card number.
The service, from launch
- Account details: your agency's name, your team's names and email addresses, and your saved defaults.
- Client links: the client's name and contact email, the steps you chose, their status and when they changed.
- Invite emails: when you forward platform invites to your verification address, we read each one only to match it to a step, then pass it on to you. We keep the sender, subject and time as a record and delete the rest of the email within 30 days.
- One-time sign-ins: where a step uses the client's sign-in with a platform such as Google or GitHub, the access it grants is used once to add your team and is then discarded. It is not stored.
- Live checks: DNS checks use public records and collect nothing about people.
We never ask for or store passwords.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide the service you signed up for, to answer you, to keep the service secure, and to meet legal duties such as tax records. Where the law asks for a legal basis, these are performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and protecting the service, and legal obligation.

- Dodo Payments, for payments
We will update this list before launch if we add a provider, such as a database host. These providers may process data outside your country, and they use recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Reservations are kept until launch and for 12 months after, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete them sooner. Emails are kept for as long as the conversation and our records need them. Service data is kept while your account is open and deleted within 30 days after it closes. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@getsetkeys.com. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the ICO in the UK or the authority in your EU country. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.
Children
Get Set Keys is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 16.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top. If a change matters to customers, we email them before it takes effect.
