Terms of service

These terms cover the Get Set Keys website, the founding plan and, from launch, the Get Set Keys service. They are written to be read, so they are short.

Who we are

Get Set Keys is run by Rohit Swami, an individual based in India. In these terms, "we" means Rohit Swami, and "you" means the agency or person using Get Set Keys. You can reach us at hello@getsetkeys.com.

What Get Set Keys is, and where it stands

Get Set Keys gives an agency one link per client. The link walks the client through granting access to platforms such as App Store Connect, Google Play, their domain and DNS, hosting, Stripe and developer tools, and checks each step where the platform allows it.

Get Set Keys is in development and is planned to launch in November 2026. Until then, this website, the demo and the founding plan are available. The demo is a simulation and does not connect to any account.

The founding plan

  • The founding plan costs $49 a month, locked for 12 months from your first charge. There are 10 places.
  • Reserving a place on this website costs nothing. We then email you a checkout link from our payment provider, where your card is saved. The first charge happens at launch.
  • If launch moves, we email you before any charge, and you can cancel without paying anything.
  • You can cancel at any time before launch by emailing hello@getsetkeys.com, and you will not be charged.

Payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record. Dodo Payments handles billing, sales tax or VAT, and invoices, and its own terms apply to the payment itself. We never see or store your full card number.

Renewal and cancellation

After launch, plans renew every month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered by the refund and cancellation policy.

Using Get Set Keys properly

  • Use Get Set Keys only to request access that your client has agreed to give you for their own project.
  • Follow the terms of each platform you ask your clients to use.
  • Do not use Get Set Keys to collect passwords, to impersonate anyone, or to request access you are not entitled to.
  • You are responsible for what you and your team do with the access your clients grant.

Your clients' information

A client link holds what you and your client put into it: names, contact emails, the steps you chose and their status. We use it only to run the service, as described in the privacy policy. Where data protection law applies, we act as your processor for your clients' information, and a data processing agreement is available on request.

Other platforms

Get Set Keys works with platforms run by other companies, such as Apple, Google, Stripe and GitHub. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and their names are used only to say what Get Set Keys works with. They can change their products, and that can change how a step works.

Changes to the service and these terms

We may improve or change features. If a change to these terms or to a paid plan affects you in a meaningful way, we email you at least 30 days before it takes effect.

Liability

Get Set Keys is provided as it is, and we work to keep it available and correct. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using Get Set Keys at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we tell you why. When an account closes, we delete its data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep part of it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in them takes away rights you have under the law of the country where you are based.
