Refund and cancellation policy

Short version: you are not charged before launch, you can cancel at any time, and your first payment is refundable for 14 days.

Before launch

Reserving a founding place costs nothing. If you then complete checkout, your card is saved and nothing is charged until Get Set Keys launches, planned for November 2026. To cancel before launch, email hello@getsetkeys.com and you will never be charged.

If the launch date moves, we email you before the first charge so you can decide again.

After launch

Plans are billed monthly and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time by email, and from your account once it is available. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and the plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for.

Refunds

• If Get Set Keys is not right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first charge. No reason needed.
• Later monthly charges are not refunded, except where we made a billing error or the law requires a refund.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, and usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days.
